Port Lincoln, South Australian based Business requires a Registered Master for their Shark and Marine Scale vessel.
The position is long term, and will be under a Crew Share Agreement/Contract, percentage is negotiable.

Master must be experienced and have own ABN number, current drivers license & reliable transport. The Master will also be responsible for the assigned crew, any on board training and to uphold the safety upon the vessel at all times. The maintining of the Vessel and any equipment associated is also the masters responsiblity,  expenses will be paid for by company.
The Master MUST have a clean Fishing history. An AFMA and PIRSA Master history search will be conducted for verification.

Evidence of Catch history would be an advantage.

Position is for immediate start.

*Unfurnished Accomodation can be arranged, but payment of rent, furniture and personal expenses is the Masters responsibility.

Shark quota is approx. 12.1 tonne, Marine Scale entitlement is 300kg per day. Skipper is required to Fish the Eyre and York Peninsula in SA, and surrounding waters on a regular basis (weather permitting), targeting nominated species, namely Gummy/School shark and under the A-class license Snapper species.
