Thai Roasted Red Pork with Rice

Ingredients
(serves 3-4 persons)
Lobo Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix 1 packet
Pork loin 600 g (21 oz)
Water cup (120 ml)

Gravy
(serves 3-4 persons)
Lobo Roast Red Pork Gravy Mix 1 packet
Water 1 cup (240 ml)



Preparation
A family favourite seasoned to make a delicious treat with Lobo seasoning mix. When pork is served with steamed rice, its not a complete dish unless suitable gravy accompanies it. 
Lobo offers this ready-to-make gravy mix to make the dish complete and delicious.

Slice the pork into small, long strips about 1.5 thick. Strips too thick will not cook evenly.
Dissolve the Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix in water and dredge the pork in it. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Bake at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes until it is cooked, or alternatively, you can charcoal grill it for a unique taste. Slice thin.

Gravy
Dissolve the Roast Red Pork Gravy Mix in water, and let it boil.
Stir from time to time.
Spread the roasted red pork and boiled egg slices on a plate of rice. Dress the gravy on top. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with cucumber, green shallot, dark soy sauce and pickled chilli.

Tips

Roasted red pork can be served with glutinous rice, spaghetti, noodles or even instant noodles.
One packet of Lobo Roast Red Pork Seasoning Mix is enough for two cookings (1.2 kg of pork loin).
