PANGASIUS PRODUCT

SHRIMP
PRODUCT
Black tiger shrimp are named for the dark stripes that circle the shell
which look like the stripes of a tiger. This species is characterized by
these stripes on its shell and it is the largest of all commercially
available shrimp and can grow up to 13 inches. Cooked meat is white with
pink stripes.
Tiger shrimp are best boiled, steamed, saute'ed,
breaded, broiled, or grilled. Shrimp cooks quickly, overcooking will
result in a tough product.

SQUID PRODUCTS
Loligo
SPP is a big squid of about 350-400 mm in length. It has an elongate
mantle with rhombic terminal fins. The length of the mantle is six times
as long as the width and the fin length is as long as 2/3 of the mantle
length. The shell is horny and transparent with ridges in the middle.
This species lives on surface layers. They are widely
distributed along the coast of Vietnam from the North to the South.
Squid can be processed many kinds of delicious &
healthy dishes preferred by Japanese and EU gourmets.

SURIMI PRODUCTS
Surimi
is a fish minced meat that has been leached by washing with water then
mixed with sugar and other additives then frozen. It's widely used in
Japan for the manufacturer of Fish jelly products such as Kamaboko, and
the best well known worldwide is imitation crabstick.
Surimi is known in Asia dietary long time ago, but
recorded in Japanese in 1100 A. D. and the most popular uses of Surimi in
Asia has been the fish ball or "Komoboko". The Japanese food technique
crafts has made it well known worldwide.
Source of raw material:
Catch at Gulf of Tonkin and Central & South sea ground of
Vietnam.
Raw material :
white meat marine fish (Silver sillago, threadfin bream, goatfish
and mix with other white meat fishes)
SURIMI uses for stuffing of cake, making fish ball to
fry, making shrimp imitation, crab claw imitation, and making some other
stuffing foods.
