RECIPE FOR: Pan Fried Orange Roughy

Ingredients:
4 fillets of orange roughy (approximately 1 ½ lbs)
2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
2 tsp of lemon-pepper seasoning
2 tbsp of butter or oil

Method
Heat barbecue grill or plate. Brush well with oil.
