RECIPE FOR: Sardine Dip or Spread

Ingredients:
2 x 125 g (4 oz) cans sardines
500 g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon horseradish
2 drops tabasco
 
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated onion
1/2 cup crushed potato crisps
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
Drain sardines and mash.
Cream the cheese, add horseradish, tabasco,
lemon juice, onion and sardines and mix thoroughly.

Shape into a mound on a serving plate.

Combine potato crisps and parsley and cover sardine mixture completely. Chill.
Serve with breads, crackers or mixed raw vegetables.
