RECIPE FOR:
Beer Batter for Seafood (1)
Ingredients:
fish fillets of choice
1 can of beer
4 eggs, beaten
bread crumbs |
½ cup vegetable oil
salt
lemon pepper |
Method
Soak the
fish for 1 hour in the beer, then rinse. Dip the
fish in the eggs and then the bread crumbs. Heat oil in a
large skillet and fry the fish until each side is browned.
When the fish is almost done, add a little water, turn down
the heat, and steam until cooked through. Season with salt
and lemon pepper.
