RECIPE FOR SHARK: Marinated Shark Steaks

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound Shark Steaks
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Rice or Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 clove Garlic, pressed
freshly ground Black Pepper
Green Onions, minced
Parsley, minced

Method
Cut the shark steaks into six portions.
Place them in a glass dish.
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice,
oil parsley, garlic and black pepper.
Pour the marinade over the steaks and marinate for half an hour, turning at least once.
Remove the shark steaks (reserving the marinade)
and broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat - about four minutes a side.
Brush with the marinade before turning. Do not overcook.
Serve over steaming rice and drizzle a dash of minced
green onions and parsley atop each steak.
Serve with tossed salad and sourdough bread.

Serves 6.
