RECIPE FOR: Surimi Seafood Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:
2 sheets pre-rolled puff pastry
9 Austrimi Seafood Sticks
2 tablespoons milk.
1 cup mayonnaise
2 picked gherkins
1 tablespoon capers
juice and rind of 1 lemon.

Method

Cut pastry sheets into thirds and lay 1-1/2 seafood sticks along the centre of each third.  Roll pastry over seafood sticks and join together by pressing down with the prongs of a fork.

Cut each pastry into thirds.  Place seafood rolls on a greased tray and brush with a little milk.  Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and serve as a sauce with the seafood rolls.
