Method
Cut pastry sheets into thirds and lay 1-1/2 seafood sticks
along the
centre of each third. Roll pastry over seafood sticks and join together by pressing
down with the prongs of a fork.
Cut each pastry into thirds. Place seafood rolls on a greased tray
and brush with a little milk. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and serve as a sauce with the seafood rolls.
