RECIPE FOR TUNA: Canned Tuna Bruschetta

 
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 french bread stick, sliced vertically into 8 pieces.
4 fresh roma tomatoes, finely chopped.
1 cup goats or feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
185g can SIRENA TUNA in Spring water or oil, drained and broken into pieces.
Salt and Black pepper to taste.

 

Method
Toast French Stick. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and garlic. Spoon oil mixture on one side of the toasted slices. In a medium bowl, lightly mix chopped tomatoes, tuna, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture (over oil mixture) on each slice and top with feta cheese. Place in oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is browned.

Makes 4 serves
