RECIPE FOR: Canned Tuna and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
1 x 440g Tuna in Brine
1 cup elbow macaroni
2 shallots, sliced diagonally
1 stalk celery sliced
½ Red Capsicum, chopped
 
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste.

Method
Cook macaroni according to package instructions to "al-dente" stage.   Drain and rinse under cold water.  Chill while preparing the sauce.

Drain the Tuna, place in mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.  Stir in the macaroni and coat well with the sauce.  Chill until serving.

Serves 2
