RECIPE FOR:
Canned Tuna Pizza with Feta or Goats Cheese
Ingredients:
1 large pizza base.
185g SIRENA Tuna in Springwater.
1 cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
1/2 onion, diced.
1 cup Goats or Feta cheese.
2 x 400g cans La Gina peeled tomatoes.
1/2 teaspoon dry chilli.
1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
1/2 cup olive oil.
Method
Brown garlic and onions in olive oil.
Pour in peeled tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tuna, olives, dry chilli, salt and pepper and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Spread tuna mix onto pizza base evenly.
Sprinkle with Feta cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is heated
through.
Cool for 1 minute before slicing.
Makes 4 Serves
