RECIPE FOR:
Canned Tuna and Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh spinach leaves, washed.
10 mushrooms, washed and sliced.
1/2 red onion, thinly slived.
4 fresh roma tomatoes, finely sliced.
1 avocado, peeled and cut into cubes.
2 x 185g cans SIRENA tuna in Chilli Oil, Oil or Springwater, drained and broken
into pieces.
1/2 cup vinaigrette salad dressing.
1 boiled egg, sliced.
2 slices of grilled bacon, finely chopped.
Method
In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, avocado, tuna and dressing.
Toss gently
Sprinkle with egg and bacon.
Serves 4
