RECIPE FOR: Hot Crayfish Dip

Ingredients:
1 kg yabbies
1 packet cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoon onion finely chopped
½ teaspoon white horseradish
 

Method
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, until well blended  Turn into a baking dish,  Bake uncovered in preheated 180°c oven for 15 minutes.  Stir often

Serve warm with crackers
