Mussels Casserole
Ingredients: 48 Mussels
1 tablespoon butter.
250g can Cream of Mushroom or Asparagus Soup
2 tablespoons sherry.
Freshly ground black pepper
Method Remove meat from shells by steaming.
Grease a casserole
dish with the butter and place in mussel meat.
