RECIPE FOR: Seafood Pizza

Ingredients:
Pizza Base
Crab Meat
Oysters
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Peeled Prawns
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Oregano
*Can add octopus and scallops if desired

Method
Preheat oven to 210ºC.
Place pizza base on oven tray, spread with sauce.

Sprinkle crab meat evenly over sauce. Scatter prawns over crabmeat and then oysters on top. Sprinkle with cheese, pepper and salt and oregano.

Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and pizza base is crisp.
