RECIPE FOR TUNA: Canned Tuna Bruschetta

 
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 french bread stick, sliced vertically into 8 pieces.
4 fresh roma tomatoes, finely chopped.
1 cup goats or feta cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
185g can SIRENA TUNA in Spring water or oil, drained and broken into pieces.
Salt and Black pepper to taste.

 

Method
Toast French Stick. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and garlic. Spoon oil mixture on one side of the toasted slices. In a medium bowl, lightly mix chopped tomatoes, tuna, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon tuna mixture (over oil mixture) on each slice and top with feta cheese. Place in oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is browned.

Makes 4 serves
