Surimi Cooking Videos

Seafood Sausage Rolls with Tartare - Surimi with mayonnaise, gherkins wrapped in puff pastry.

 

Seafood Lasagna - Pasta dish with silverbeet, seafood highlighter in a cheesy sauce.

 

Seafood Kebabs with Cocktail Sauce - Surimi kebabs with cherry tomatoes and pineapple, served with a creamy seafood cocktail sauce.

 

Seafood Bisque - A white wine, brandy and cream soup with seafood highlighter, carrots and onions.

 

Curried Seafood Plait - Curried surimi with peas, capsicum, creamy sauce wrapped in puff pastry with a cheese topping.

 

Warm Seafood Salad with Lime Dressing - Seafood highlighter surimi, calamari, sea scallops, cherry tomatoes and lettuce salad greens.
